Fees
Buyers pay BreezeWish nothing. Participation, search, standing offers, and quotes are free.
The seller pays a success fee of 2% of the confirmed sale. The base is the locked price plus mandatory shipping when the order has it. Tax, duties, tips, and the marketplace fee are excluded. An explicit dated seller agreement can set a different rate or a cap. Deal size alone does not change the rate.
The fee accrues once, when mock checkout reaches confirmed or when staff confirm a merchant handoff. Accepting an offer does not accrue it. A handoff that is never confirmed earns no fee. A refund adds a credit. It does not delete the original accrual.
A founding seller may have one waiver, stated in that agreement: 0% for 90 days, or 0% on the first $250,000 of confirmed BreezeWish sales. An older agreement may still say $25,000. The waiver ends on its date or its cap. Ranking is not for sale.
BreezeWish invoices that fee on its own ledger. It does not collect the buyer’s payment for the goods or the capacity. Checkout stays with the seller.
