Who pays on a power generation project?

Buyers pay BreezeWish nothing. The seller pays a success fee only when a deal is confirmed. On power generation projects that fee is a percentage of the service contract after tax and pass-through costs, and that percentage steps down as the contract value rises. A custom rate applies only after a platform admin approves it.
