Power generation projects

Power generation projects

EPC, EPCM, design-build, and owner’s engineer work for power plants. An owner publishes an RFP on a project. Sellers send proposals. The award, the contract, and the deal stay separate records. Equipment for the plant is sourced in Modular power equipment.

  • EPC

One contractor designs and builds the plant under a turnkey contract.

  • EPCM

The owner holds the equipment contracts. The contractor manages engineering, procurement, and construction.

  • Design-build

Design and construction sit under one contract.

  • Owner's engineer

An adviser to the owner. They do not build the plant.

Publish an RFP to start one, or wait until an owner routes one to your organization.
Publish an RFP

    How it works

Publish the scope, deadline, and commitment. Sellers propose on the RFP. You compare those proposals, award one, and sign the contract with that seller. A child request for equipment stays in Modular power equipment.

    Fees

The seller pays a success fee only when a deal is confirmed. Power generation projects fees, including the $1.5 million cap. Buyers pay nothing.
