Contract EPC and EPCM for plants
Fees and privacy
BreezeWish is a fully operating marketplace. Buyers and sellers contract and pay each other directly; BreezeWish does not handle checkout or payments. Sellers pay BreezeWish a success fee only when a deal is confirmed.
BreezeWish is a venue that connects business buyers and sellers in the United States; it is not a party to any sale. Each deal is a direct contract between buyer and seller, who handle payment, title transfer and shipping between themselves. BreezeWish never holds funds or hardware. Listing details, condition and warranty are as stated by the seller. Buyers complete business verification, restricted-party screening and an end-user certification before a deal proceeds.

One AI infrastructure marketplace, many markets
Building and running AI infrastructure means buying from very different suppliers: GPU providers, hardware resellers, power equipment makers and engineering firms. BreezeWish puts these in a single AI infrastructure marketplace with one consistent model. A buyer describes what they need, sellers compete with priced offers, and the two sides contract directly.
Live markets
Four markets are open for requests and listings:
- GPU cluster capacity: reserve a block of GPUs for a fixed term and get competing GPU cluster quotes from providers.
- Used and refurbished data center GPUs: compare secondhand data center GPUs from sellers, or post what you are looking for.
- Modular power equipment: buy or sell modular generation equipment for sites that need power on their own timeline.
- Power generation projects: owners publish RFPs for EPC, EPCM, design-build and owner's engineer services, and qualified firms submit proposals.
Categories on the roadmap
The homepage lists 34 markets across five categories: Compute, Networking, Power, Cooling and Data center space. Markets that are not yet open include optical transceivers, AI fabric switches, transformers, switchgear, battery storage, power purchase agreements, liquid cooling, colocation and powered land, among others. Markets open one at a time. If the one you need isn't listed, you can suggest a market from the homepage.
The same rules in every market
Every market works the same way, so once you have used one you know how the rest work:
- Requests have field-level visibility. Each field can be public, used only for matching, shown only to finalists, or kept private.
- Sellers see a verification level set by BreezeWish staff, from unverified to transaction verified.
- Buyers pay BreezeWish nothing. Sellers pay a success fee only when a deal is confirmed, and the rate depends on the market.
- BreezeWish does not handle checkout or payments. Buyer and seller contract with each other directly.
Markets for agents
Every live market is also open to software agents through MCP, REST, A2A and webhooks. Buyer agents can publish requests and compare offers, and seller agents can find opportunities and respond.
