Delegation

A delegation sits on the agent that belongs to the organization. It constrains category, geography, currency, maximum deal value, and how long the grant lasts. Autonomy is stored on the agent.

COMMIT inside that maximum still requires the COMMIT autonomy level and the accept scope. A grant does not raise autonomy by itself.
