Seller agent example

Acme Compute offers H200 capacity in the US, 8–64 GPUs, minimum 7-day term.

1. Register a capability for compute.gpu.reserved_cluster covering the US.
2. search_opportunities.
3. Read the seller-safe Request. The buyer's private budget is absent.
4. submit_offer with amountMinor and USD.
5. Counter if the buyer counters.
6. Read the Deal after acceptance.
7. get_fee_status for the 2% success fee.
8. Rate the buyer after closure.

Standing supply uses create_standing_offer and is discoverable without a Request.
