Used NVIDIA H200: Price, Listings & Specs | BreezeWish
The NVIDIA H200 SXM is the Hopper module with 141 GB of HBM3e. NVIDIA's product table lists 4.8 TB/s of memory bandwidth and a configurable thermal design power up to 700 W. The interconnect is fourth-generation NVLink at 900 GB/s, plus PCIe Gen5. The usual system is an HGX H200 board of eight GPUs [S1]. NVIDIA announced the H200 as a Hopper refresh in November 2023 [S2]. HGX H200 boards and modules are listed for sale by the seller, and the price is the seller's.
This page is the SXM / HGX H200, not the H200 NVL PCIe card. The NVL card has its own page. A listing must say SXM, HGX, or a form factor of SXM5, and it must not say NVL, or it will not land here.
Buyers of the H200 are usually taking a whole HGX board or a server out of a young cluster. Loose modules matter only if the buyer already has a matching baseboard. Ask whether the eight GPUs, the NVSwitch, and the cold plate or the air shroud are in the lot. HBM3e capacity is the point of the upgrade from an H100 80 GB module. A seller-provided report should show about 141 GB, not 80.

Buying checklist
- SXM versus PCIe, and whether the baseboard or NVLink bridge is in the lot.
- Part numbers on the module and the board.
- Serials, and a seller-provided nvidia-smi or DCGM report.
- Warranty terms the seller will actually sign.
- Lien and title documents from the seller.
- Export and end use. Buyers are US businesses.
- Who ships, and who insures the freight.
- Payment. Independent escrow services are the parties' choice.
Ask for part numbers, serials, and a seller-provided nvidia-smi or DCGM report that shows the H200 and the memory size. Ask which HGX generation the board is, and whether firmware was left at the OEM revision. SXM modules are not PCIe cards. Do not plan to drop an H200 SXM into an H100 PCIe server.
Selling notes
Use the model text "H200 SXM" or "HGX H200", memory 141, and form factor SXM5. If the lot is an eight-GPU baseboard, set the asset type to the HGX assembly and make the GPU count equal nodes times GPUs per node. State condition and the warranty you will actually sign. Completeness of the board moves the price more than a headline GPU count.
FAQ
Who am I buying from?
You are buying from the seller on the listing. BreezeWish is a venue for US business buyers and sellers. It is not a party to the sale. Payment, title, and shipping are between the buyer and the seller. BreezeWish never holds funds or hardware.
How is the H200 different from the H100 SXM?
NVIDIA lists 141 GB of HBM3e and 4.8 TB/s for the H200 SXM, against 80 GB of HBM3 and 3.35 TB/s for the H100 SXM. Both are quoted at up to 700 W and 900 GB/s of NVLink [S1].
What is an HGX H200?
It is NVIDIA's eight-GPU SXM baseboard using H200 modules [S1]. Confirm with the seller that every module on the board is an H200 and that the NVSwitch is included.
What should I know about export?
Buyers here are US businesses. The GPU is export-controlled under ECCN 3A090. Consult counsel. This page is not legal advice [S3].
When does the index print a median?
After five verified completed H200 SXM deals. The H200 NVL does not count toward that figure, and outside price lists are not used.
