Used NVIDIA B200: Price, Listings & Specs | BreezeWish
The NVIDIA B200 is the Blackwell SXM GPU used on the HGX B200 baseboard. NVIDIA's Blackwell datasheet lists 180 GB of HBM3e and 7.7 TB/s of memory bandwidth on the HGX B200 GPU, with a configurable thermal design power up to 1,000 W. GPU-to-GPU NVLink is fifth generation at 1.8 TB/s, and PCIe Gen5 is listed at 128 GB/s. An HGX B200 board carries eight GPUs, with 14.4 TB/s of aggregate NVLink [S1]. Blackwell was announced in 2024 [S2]. HGX B200 boards are listed for sale by the seller, and the price is the seller's.
These boards are new enough that used lots are usually a full HGX tray or a server, not a bin of loose modules. The module is not a PCIe card. Power and liquid or air cooling are part of the system design. Ask the seller whether the listing is the eight-GPU baseboard, the GPUs only, or a whole server, and which OEM chassis it left.
The B300, also called Blackwell Ultra in NVIDIA's later material, is a different GPU with more memory. It has its own page. A title that says B300 must not be filed as a B200.

Buying checklist
- SXM versus PCIe, and whether the baseboard or NVLink bridge is in the lot.
- Part numbers on the module and the board.
- Serials, and a seller-provided nvidia-smi or DCGM report.
- Warranty terms the seller will actually sign.
- Lien and title documents from the seller.
- Export and end use. Buyers are US businesses.
- Who ships, and who insures the freight.
- Payment. Independent escrow services are the parties' choice.
Ask for part numbers and a seller-provided nvidia-smi or DCGM report that names the B200 and shows the memory size. Ask whether the NVSwitch trays and the cold plates ship with the board. A 1,000 W class module needs the power and cooling the seller's previous rack provided. Get that description in writing from the seller. Ask about liens and title before you pay.
Selling notes
Write B200 or HGX B200, set the form factor to SXM, and set memory to 180 if that matches the modules you have. If your modules differ from the 180 GB figure on the datasheet, say the size the report shows rather than copying this page. Quantity for a baseboard has to match nodes times GPUs per node. State condition plainly.
FAQ
Who am I buying from?
You are buying from the seller. BreezeWish is a venue connecting US businesses. It is not a party to the sale. Payment, title transfer, and shipping are between the buyer and the seller. BreezeWish never holds funds or hardware.
How is a B200 different from an H200?
The B200 is Blackwell, with the memory and NVLink figures on the Blackwell datasheet. The H200 is Hopper, with 141 GB of HBM3e and fourth-generation NVLink [S1]. They use different baseboards.
Is 180 GB the only memory size?
The Blackwell datasheet's HGX B200 row lists 180 GB of HBM3e and 7.7 TB/s [S1]. If a seller's report shows a different size, the listing should quote that measured size.
What export rules apply?
US buyers on this market. ECCN 3A090. Consult counsel. This page is not legal advice [S3].
When does the index appear?
After five verified completed B200 deals on BreezeWish. B300 deals are not included.
